Is it legal to set up a website that sells precription drugs? You don't deal with the money or drugs. You affiliate for the companies. The website advertises the drugs, the people then pay the other company, who deals with drugs and shipping, and then that company gives you a cut for the sale. It is all prescription drugs, like Viagra and stuff. Does this sound legal?

working gal replied: "no. it's strictly illegal because the people buying the drugs don't have a prescription (some websites get around this by getting unscrupulous doctors to write prescriptions for anyone who will pay them). it's also unethical. prescription drugs are regulated because they can be dangerous if used in the wrong way. if you sell them to anyone who asks for them, you are responsible for any harm that comes to the people buying them.
just because there are so many of these sites around, doesn't mean they are legal. they are difficult to shut down and often just reappear with different names. but the state does try to shut them down."
