Blues Man replied: "You need a MRI. Sounds like stones. Has it ever hurt when you wiz? & blood test & you wold think x-rays I would think about an MRI. Anything to do with just Ur back isn't going to make you sick. I got all of my disc are rupture & I don't get sick in the morning, How many medical opinions have you had? More than just this 1 I hope. Yes than can miss things. Good luck, you might try a Google search & you might find out what it is. There are so many sites for every thing. Hope I helped or gave you something to think about."
fisherwoman replied: "Sounds like you are getting older and the discs between the vertabrae are getting thinner. There really isn't a clear way to relieve the pain, I would not take the Prednisone again. Physical therapy can help for awhile, chriopractor can help for awhile, rest and massage helps for awhile, see the cycle? I've had back and neck problems for more than fifteen years,I did all the conventional stuff I could, went alternative helped some. Any thing going to fix it? No. Sorry, try to treat your back as well as you can, over time you may need surgery, but then who knows for sure if that will fix it. Good luck."
Chest Pain with Prednisone? I was diagnosed with ALL (acute lymphoblastic lekemia) about 13 months ago and in maintenance. I take prednisone the first 5 days of every month. I take 20 mg pills 3 times a day, a total of 60 mg a day. I get very severe chest pains starting at about the second day of the pills. I also get other bone pains and aches all over my body. I take Tylenol 3 and it helps, but I would like to get rid of the pain alltogether. Any help and suggestions will help a lot.
sokokl replied: "Could be a reaction to the prednisone itself, but I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor to let them know what's going on so that they can evaluate the situation further to see what else could be going on."
