oldtimekid2 replied: "According to it is a separate drug that doesn't have caffeine in it... but it's possible that you may have gotten a formula that was a combination of the two of them. It's also possible that you're allergic to Tramadol in a similar way to how you're allergic to caffeine. I would discuss it with your doctor to find a suitable alternative that you wouldn't have the reaction to. Oh, and it's more than "just a strong aspirin" (as I'm sure you know)... it's almost a narcotic level drug (Drugs.com says "narcotic-like pain reliever").

just thinking replied: "No they don't tramadol is weaker in strength than oxycodone, my experience with tramadol was they made me a little irritable and did not relieve the pain. However in saying that i have a high tolerance to pain medication, I also would advice not to get stuck on oxycodone as they are a very addictive pain killer they do relieve the pain but after a while the body craves for more and more as i said they are very addictive and the withdrawal symptom's ant pleasant.( They are completely two different substances)"
